Where We Ship To  

Currently, we offer delivery across all locations within India. While we’re not offering international shipping at the moment, we are constantly working on expanding our reach to serve more customers worldwide in the future.  

Processing Your Order & Delivery Timeframe  

After placing your order, we aim to process it within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order, along with the estimated delivery time. We strive to deliver your order within 3-8 business days, depending on your location. We know you can’t wait to get your hands on your new pieces!  

What Happens in Case of Delivery Failures?  

In the rare case that delivery attempts fail due to issues like an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, our delivery partner will make two additional attempts. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. You’ll have the option to request re-delivery, but please note that additional shipping charges might apply.  

Handling Damaged or Lost Shipments  

We take extra care in packaging your order securely, but accidents can happen. If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours, providing photos of the damage. If your order is lost in transit, we will coordinate with our courier partner to investigate. Depending on the outcome, we’ll either send you a replacement or process a refund.  

Product-Specific Shipping Details  

Certain items, like oversized clothes, may require special delivery arrangements. If your order falls into this category, we will make sure to note any special delivery requirements directly on the product page, so you’re fully informed before making a purchase.
